Tyler's Ragu


Tyler made this great bison ragu last night. He served it with a corn pasta that we sell (and I really don't like it). But, the ragu was good enough that we're having it again tonight.

Gee, I wonder what corn pasta is like. Sounds.... Weird. (But good enough for celiacs?) But yeah, the ragu looks excellent :)
