How the heck do you pronounce it anyway?! Gyro
I say, yee-roe. Not guy-ro or gee-roe, but what do I know? This week was Greek week for specials so I was cranking out the gyros and moussaka. This weekend I'll post my moussaka recipe which was really, really good. And as promised to Lori Lynn...lot's o' cheese pics. But until then, drool over my lunch today!

Merriam-Webster says yee-roe is the first appropriate pronunciation, then zhee (gee)-roe. Suddenly, I have a craving for gyros stuffed with moussaka ingredients, ha ha. Looks delicious.
