A well travelled gift from our chef and her husband, recently returned from Vegas:

Manggy said...: Whoa, it's just like (food) porn not to need a "script!" That's so gorgeous. Even the glacage has your reflection on it! (I don't get it, though, it looks like it was wrapped around the dome? Why didn't they just glaze it straight through?)
I know JPM won the World Pastry championships (huh, I think I am the only one among all the people I know back here to know that, haha), but I wonder if his stuff tastes better than Lenotre's, which is just a hotel away, in "Paris."
