Sushimania!
On Sunday I taught my first sushi class. I'm by no means an expert, but I have certainly made enough sushi to walk people through the basics to having sushi in there homes. First, one of mine:

Looks like a lot of fun!
I have no issues with raw fish, in fact, I eat far more than I should when I go to sushi restaurants. However, we are in the middle of the desert so I only used smoked salmon and fake crab for this class.
