Book Review: Artisan Breads Every Day

Peter Reinhart has produced another knockout bread book… but do we need it? Whereas the advanced baker may find this material redundant, those who are still rising to the occasion will find the consolidation of up-to-the-minute techniques in Artisan Breads Every Day easy to digest and incorporate.

Absolutely Sharlene. I get asked where I learned to cook all the time and my answer is simple: I pick cookbooks that excite me and I cook my way through it (Thank you Herme and Greenspan), I compete in every blog cooking event I have time for, and do something new every week.
