I'm not sure what I want to do with this yet.
But I have many plans for this. I want to poach a halibut and when I let it rest, I want to douse the fillet in this truffle vodka so the meat soaks it up.

Black truffle booze... interesting.
Now just wait one minute. I'd like to try that vodka in a cocktail at home. Don't use it all just for the halibut.
