Leftover Lunch
For lunch today, I had the extra BBQ chicken from the catering tasting on Sunday with sauteed squash from our across the street neighbor.

Droool. Just thinking of the chicken draped in the full-fat sauce has made me hungry again. I should really be working on trying to make a banh mi... :P
...and dark meat chicken at that!
