Torta de Mil Hojas

My Chilean intern wanted a special cake for his mom for Mother's Day so I made them a Mil Hojas (1000 layer cake). Puff pastry layered with dulce de leche.

I can put one up if you need it, but its just dulce de leche and puff pastry. For the DdL I simply boil/simmer unopened cans of sweetened condensed milk - completely covered in water for 3 hours and then let cool completely. The puff...well, recipes are easy, technique is not. If you want more I'll be happy to document the whole process since I'm making another one this week.
