Recent Bauscher Submissions

Here is my latest round of pics for the Bauscher company dishes:
A new salmon mousse, lemon granite, powdered herbs, dried capers, dried candied lemon

Chocolate hazelnut

Armagnac soaked prunes, grevenbroeker blue cheese, acacia honey

Carrot mousse, lemon curd, ginger cake, caramel glaze

Nice Rob. I need to get some new service pieces or something, I'm in a creative vacuum right now. I have ideas bouncing in my head and make notes on the ones I really like but I've had a tough time finding reasons to get them done lately. Anyway, it's fun seeing what you've been up to.
