Big secret project. Hmmm... interesting!
Just stumbled upon your blog. It looks like we have similar taste in cheese. I love the Grevenbroecker. I tried it for the first time in a cheese course and have been hooked ever since. I just haven't been able to find another blue that matches its texture and taste although I also love the Rogue River Blue for different reasons.
There's a lot of great blues out there, but Grevenbroecker is special for sure. Glad you found the blog :)
