I know there's a recipe somewhere on this page; right? Looks so good.
I can put one up if you need it, but its just dulce de leche and puff pastry. For the DdL I simply boil/simmer unopened cans of sweetened condensed milk - completely covered in water for 3 hours and then let cool completely. The puff...well, recipes are easy, technique is not. If you want more I'll be happy to document the whole process since I'm making another one this week.
No way, I've been boiling those cans of sweetened condensed milk for years. You're the only other person I know who does this. Donna
