We had a cheese party last Saturday. We served a pecorino with pepperoncini and a soft Italian cheese with black truffles. The truffled cheese sold out very quickly, the pepperoncini...well, let's just say you'll see it on the menu this week at the cafe.

Few people wanted the pecorino with pepperoncini?! And these people call themselves New Mexico-ans! Ha ha ha. Actually I'm not much of a cheese fiend (you'll have to teach me), but I do prefer soft, spicy cheeses :)
I think its because we get it so often...too commonplace.
