Nothing fancy, but I needed a quick dessert for a celiac friend who also couldn't eat tropical fruit...matcha green tea creme brulee with a 85% dark chocolate/black sesame meringue disc and a chardonnay sabayon. The chardonnay was a great combo with the green tea.
Er, tropical fruit specifically? Mm-hmm.
