We sure love Indian food...

and so I made some last weekend for some friends. Nothing fancy, just some palak paneer and aloo gobi

and some great flat bread.

  2. We had an Indian dinner party recently. Made a fish sauce with mint, garlic, serrano peppers, and cilantro simmered in half yogurt half cream, got the idea from Food & Wine magazine (Feb. issue). It rocked.

    Your plate looks extra tasty.
