Here's a good start to the month
Bread can't get any more perfect than this!
And for a little snack - foglie mais (leaves of corn) from one of our Italian producers. Very light, delicate cornmeal cookies topped with leftover clove infused white chocolate...a perfect breakfast.

did I ever tell you how much we enjoyed those cookies on the plane? they were the best thing we ate on the 13 hour trip home...
ReplyDeleteI do a nothing added bread and a 5-seed. Both of my loaves are now 20% wholewheat and with a dash of cornmeal thrown in for good measure.
