With some new comments encouraged from my Fillipino contingent (all regretting being ineligible for the grand prize), I'll just have to say that you need to get in the mind of a Gfron. The outcome will be sourdough batard, but that's not the answer! A great prize awaits the correct answer.

Again...what does this mean, not what is it. It is definitely starter - my juniper berry sourdough starter, bread flour and water, and yes it will become three levain batards. The question is, what does it mean? (and no, this has nothing to do with aliens!). I might just have to up the anty.
Since everyone was focused on what it was instead of what it meant...here's the million dollar answer - It means that my stupid mixer is broken again! Unfortunately, no one wins the million dollars. ~Rob
